Banking license revocation rates are close to the regular level, as Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Central Bank of Russia said in an interview to Russia24 TV channel.
"When things are normal, licenses are still being revoked, a few of them. There may be problems or banks could exit the market in a civilized way, by the way, this process is ongoing now. We think that we are now already at regular rates, very close to these regular rates (license revocation rates - IF)", - said Nabiullina.
