Nabiullina: There is risk of underestimating sustainable nature of inflation

The experience of developed countries shows that anchoring inflation expectations could take at least 10 years, as stated by Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Central Bank of Russia, at a VTB Capital forum in Moscow.

Growing corporate profits demonstrate their ability to pass costs through to prices.

The CBR expects to bring the inflation back to the target level by the end of 2022.
